Delete your Constructio account

Constructio (website and mobile app) is developed by Talivio Technology OÜ. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time, in the app or on the website.

In the mobile app

Open the Constructio app and sign in.
Go to the Account tab and tap “Delete account”.
Confirm with your password, or with your email address if you signed in with Talivio Accounts.

On the website

Sign in at constructio.talivio.com. Log in

What is deleted

Your account: name, email address, password hash, settings and your price library.
The projects you own, with all their phases, line items, purchases, payments, tradespeople and suppliers, assistant messages, documents and site photos.
Your membership in projects other people have invited you to.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you want a copy first, download your data via “My account → Download my data”.

What is kept

Deleted data is removed from our backups within 30 days at the latest.
Projects you were invited to belong to their owners and stay with them, including the entries you made there.

Write to us from your account's email address and we will delete the account for you. [email protected]
