Terms of use
Last updated: 15 October 2026
1. The service
Constructio is software for tracking the work sequence, material purchase timing, costs and payments of construction projects. It is provided by Talivio Technology OÜ.
2. Not engineering or legal advice
The phases, descriptions and preliminary quantity estimates in the template are estimates based on general assumptions; they do not replace structural design, quantity surveys, building inspection or the applicable regulations. Make construction decisions together with a qualified engineer, architect and building inspection body. Decisions based on the calculations and schedules are the user's responsibility.
Quantities measured from an IFC model depend on how the model was drawn (closed solids, element types, overlaps) and are estimates as well; they do not replace a quantity survey. Prices are entered by you.
3. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential. You manage the access of the people you invite to a project.
4. Content
The data you enter and the documents you upload belong to you. You permit us to process them to the extent necessary to provide the service. Uploading unlawful content is prohibited.
5. Pricing
The service is currently free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, they will be announced in advance; you will not lose access to your existing data.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. We recommend that you regularly export your important data to Excel.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to close accounts that seriously breach these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Estonian law; this does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rights of the country in which the consumer resides.
9. SketchUp extension (end-user licence)
Talivio Technology OÜ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the Constructio extension for SketchUp for your own work, for as many SketchUp installations as your licence allows. The extension is currently free of charge. You may not resell, redistribute or modify the extension files, or remove the copyright notices; this does not restrict rights you have by law.
If you obtain the extension through Trimble's SketchUp Extension Warehouse, Trimble's Extension Warehouse terms also apply to the download, any purchase, licence delivery and refunds.
The extension changes the names, IFC types and attributes of the parts you select; each “Apply” can be undone in one step with SketchUp's Undo. Keep backups of your models. The names, measurements, block counts and quick take-off it shows are rough estimates (see section 2). Exporting IFC requires SketchUp Pro. Sections 6–8 apply to the extension as well.
